Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Doodle Pants is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Wrong Shipping Address?

Email wecare@doodlepants.com immediately.

We will do our best to update the address before shipment. Any additional fees, carrier charges, or reshipment costs resulting from an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.

About Loose Threads on Leggings

Our leggings are knit and may have loose threads on the inside depending on the design. This is normal and does not affect wear.

*Exterior loose threads may be trimmed with scissors
*This is not considered a defect unless it causes a hole or run

Retail Returns

*Returns accepted within 10 days from delivery

Items must be new, unworn, and with tags
*A 15% restocking fee applies

Customer is responsible for return shipping
*Shipping charges are non-refundable
*Clearance items are final sale

Order Errors or Defective Items

If we made an error, we will cover return shipping.

*Photos of the issue

In some cases, proof of return shipment or receipt of the item may be required before a replacement is sent.


Refund Timing

Refunds are typically processed within 2–4 weeks, including:

*Return transit time
*Warehouse processing
*Bank processing time

Many refunds are issued sooner, but please plan for this window.

Orders Placed Through Other Retailers

If you purchased Doodle Pants from another retailer or website:

*Refunds and exchanges must be handled through that seller
*We cannot process refunds or replacements for third-party purchases
*If an item arrives with a manufacturing issue, contact us before washing or wearing

Exchanges (Retail Orders)

Exchanges follow the same approval process and conditions as returns.

Once returned items are received and inspected, replacement items will be sent out.

Turnaround time is typically 5–10 days, depending on carrier speed and location.

Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back so we are prepared to receive and process your exchange correctly.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee our products for 6 months, provided care instructions are followed.
This guarantee does not extend the retail return or exchange window.

We cannot offer compensation for:

*Improper care
*Excessive wear and tear
*Items worn beyond the 6-month timeframe

If an unused item has a sizing or quality issue within this period, contact wecare@doodlepants.com and we will review available options.

Sizing Information

*All items fit true to size

Our leggings are stretchy and designed to grow with your child
*Length increases with each size
*Items that run slightly large can be rolled; items on the smaller end often stretch comfortably

Promo Code Policy

*Promo codes apply only during their active dates

Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively

Wholesale partners may sell Doodle Pants products only on their own website.
