How fast will it ship?

Most orders ship within 24 hrs from our Texas warehouse. Delivery time depends on where you are, and you'll get tracking the moment it leaves the building. We ship to the USA and Canada.
What size should I get?

The Capybara Backpack Hoodie comes in 18M through 6YR and runs true to size, so order the size your kid is wearing now. Between sizes? Size up. Capybaras are famously chill about a little extra room.
How do I wash it?

Wash cold, tumble dry low. Zip the backpack closed first so it doesn't snag anything in there. Then let it dry and go right back to being worn four days a week, which is what will actually happen.
Will the ears and backpack hold up to daily wear?

That's exactly what they were built for. The ears are 3D and pop up on their own, so they keep their shape instead of flopping after the first wash. The face is embroidered, not printed, so it won't crack or peel. And the backpack is a real working zippered pocket, not a decorative flap. It has held snacks, rocks, one very important stick, and a small dinosaur. Not all at once, but close.
